Really good experience with the shop. The staff explained the product features in detail, answered all questions, and provided good deal on the products (better than aggregators). Good products, cooperative and informed staff. Overall a great experience for purchasing white goods in Ecity.

Excellent customer experience, LG being customer centric org taking care of customers requirement till item selection, price negotiation, billing with all possible offers, delivery support with immediate installation service. I got my LG side by side door and 2.0Ton Dual Inverter AC with zero hassle. All thanks to David (sales), Abdul (Delivery Partner), Anwar (AC technician) and Mahesh (Refrigerator technician) and appreciate there professionalism to share great customer experience.

Online delivery was smooth and hassle-free. Even after searching across Hyderabad, the product was arranged from the Amba Bangalore branch without any issues. Very satisfied with the service. LG SPT8-S Rear Speakers are excellent sound quality and performance. The rear speakers work perfectly and greatly enhance the overall audio experience.
