One of the worst post sales service in Bangalore especially.The customer care people are good for nothing ,bunch of all useless people sitting on a responsible position but providing the most unprofessional and third class service. Despite calling the official website number they are sending random unauthorised people who don’t know anything about the service. The guy who came did the worst service in fact didnt do any cleaning properly and charged unnecessarily. The customer care service is the worst ,they don’t wanna take any responsibility of their wrongdoings.Please think twice before opting for purchase anything from Hafele.

Mixed review for post sales service. At the time of purchase, it was discussed and agreed for free delivery and installation. Even though delivery was free but additional support was needed by porter to deliver the order at doorstep. Received defective product (Oven) and the seal of the product was broken. Replacement was provided by the store. However, during its delivery, again only one person came in, and customers are required to provide additional hands to the porter guy to deliver the product at your doorstep. Scope of improvement for post sales service.
