We purchased the chimney from this shop four months ago. Now, the chimney has a problem. I called him for help, the first time, he picked up the call, but the second time, he did not answer or respond. I also asked him to share the digital bill, but he is not willing to provide it. The problem is still not resolved. I feel that purchasing from this shop was a mistake because he is not helping at all after the purchase
