Customers report poor service and rude staff.
I recently visited the store and was extremely disappointed with the staff's attitude. They were rude and disinterested—especially the lady working there, who showed no interest in assisting customers. She didn't make even the slightest effort to welcome or engage with me when I inquired about the products. I had planned to buy a chimney and gas stove, but after this experience, I will neither purchase anything from this store nor recommend it to anyone. Highly disappointed!
Not even worth 1 star rating. I purchased a 3 burner cook top from here. I paid full amount in cash. It was delivered the next day. The delivery person haggled with me for tips. It is an extremely awkward situation. The next day a technician was sent for 'installation'. We have Gail pipeline. So the technician said that he will open the carton and place the stove on the kitchen slab. He will charge 200 for that. Only if he places it on the slab, will we get the warranty cards. It was ridiculous. Anyone in my house can open a carton and place the stove. Why will we pay him 200? For the stove to start working we will have to call the Gail technician. We sent back this technician without opening the carton. I placed multiple calls the next day to know what should be done. They kept giving me phone numbers after phone numbers to call and ask. Finally after around 15-20 calls, one person told me that they dont have the necessary jet in stock to do the installation. Once they get the part the person will come for installation. It was a totally disappointing process. I bought a premium brand expecting premium service. Instead all i got was blank responses. Dont go to the store for anything. They are spoiling the name of Faber.
Visited the Faber Platinum Lounge today :what an absolute disaster. The space looks more like a godown than a premium store, and the staff seem to have missed every memo on basic courtesy. A woman named A******ya was particularly rude, condescending, dismissive, and intent on flaunting technical jargon as if customers are supposed to be appliance engineers. When I pointed out her behavior, she smugly said “thank you” and continued being unpleasant. The entire experience was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The store is messy, the staff arrogant, and customer service is non-existent. Faber seriously needs to wake up — people like her are actively killing whatever brand goodwill remains. Terrible experience. Not recommended.
Very rude and unpleasant staff, reluctant to do their job at all. Better to visit website than visiting this store.
