BOSCH Brand Store - Arjay Retail

I bought a dishwasher from this place. The buying experience was good. Sirisha helped us with the purchase, offered a good discount. The delivery took 6 days because of stockout, however they intimated us and also arranged installation quickly. My complaint is towards Bosch as a company. The dishwasher is dented on the top and looked like it fell down somewhere. The installation guy raised a replacement request and 14 days have already passed. Nobody knows when the replacement will be delivered. This replacement will be processed by Bosch and their customer care is also clueless. I purchased from the store to avoid the hassle of damages and returns online. Bosch does not have tight processes setup. Looks like a gamble, if you get a lemon. ______ Service is poor. Called customer service many times. Not sure whether I would get the machine anytime soon. Avoid Bosch.

Very very happy with the service provided by HSR Arjay store. I have bought dishwasher from them twice. I got the best deal, faster delivery, and a very prompt and quick installation. I will recommend this outlet at any time for Bosch purchase.

Worst experience, I purchased BOSCH dishwasher on 27th April 26, promised 2 days delivery, delivered defective item. I have been following up every day with Arjay Retail, 20 days passed they have not send new item. Showroom is not taking any responsibility to replace. I am still waiting for replacement. showroom giving me dates and none of the dates are real. Show room staff is very rude and manipulating..
