Customer experience is wrost manager is telling that if u don’t want to purchasing why did u come to showroom as we are not getting the product we r looking for if possible i will give them a 0 rating previously also i have purchased ph from here but now it’s really a wrost experience i get Very bad experience with the person. He was checking bajaj emi loan offer . Treats as if he pays our emi. No ethics. Pls learn to be polite with customers. We r not getting things free. Respect all equally.

Worst experience at an appliance shop ever. Visited for purchasing a TV & washing machine, as wanted some finance support, when asked for the finance dept they told they have it in store, but when came for the purchase in afternoon they are telling a different story. When asked over phone before visiting they not even handed the call to the IDFc representative they are telling, as if they are the one who is handling everything. Very rude behaviour from the staff especially (Mr. Saif), even the Manager is also involved in this so that these guys got guys to talk shit like with the customers. Do not visit please 🙏🙏
