I placed an order (ID: 1740160) based on your 30-minute delivery promise. However, it has been more than 24 hours and the product has not been delivered. Your customer care number is also not responding. This is misleading information and poor service. Kindly deliver the product immediately or cancel the order and initiate a full refund. If not resolved within 24 hours, I will file a consumer complaint for misleading advertisement and service deficiency.
I visited the Sangeetha Store on 27th Main Road, HSR, to purchase a Samsung mobile phone. After purchasing and opening the box, I found that the product was defective. Mr. Waseem immediately assisted me in raising a complaint and coordinated with the customer care head to resolve the issue. The Samsung team took nearly 38–40 hours to address the problem. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Waseem for his continuous support and prompt assistance throughout the entire process. His dedication and efforts ensured that the issue was resolved at the earliest, which truly helped maintain my trust as a customer. I am writing this as a final notice regarding my pending refund for the purchase made at Sangeetha Mobiles. It has already been 10 days, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have only received repeated assurances without any actual refund. This delay is unacceptable. If my full refund is not processed within the next 48 hours, I will be forced to take strict action, including: Filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline Escalating the matter to the Consumer Court Raising a dispute with my loan provider and bank I have all the necessary proofs, including invoice, payment details, and communication records. Dear Sangeetha Mobiles Team, I am writing this to report a deeply disappointing and disrespectful experience I had at your *HSR Layout branch*. As a loyal Sangeetha customer me and family members for many years from my hometown , I’ve always trusted your brand. Since I now reside in HSR Layout, I decided to purchase a basic phone for my employee from your HSR branch, expecting the same level of professionalism. Two female staff members were assisting me and the phone I selected was priced at ₹7,700. I paid ₹8,000 in cash, but the store didn’t have change. While one of the staff went out to arrange change, another staff member — *a male employee named Sagar* — suddenly walked in and *started shouting loudly*, completely disrupting the environment. Without understanding the situation, he *rudely questioned the girls for opening the box* and told me *to cancel the order* just because they didn’t have ₹300 in change. His tone was aggressive, disrespectful, and humiliating. I was shocked by the way he *murmured insults under his breath* and acted as though he was the owner. Despite his rude behavior, I remained calm and patient, I purchased the phone, I asked for his name, and he arrogantly responded, “Sagar.” When I said I would leave a review, he sarcastically said, “Thank you.” Even when I pointed out that he was unfit to be a manager, he continued with the same attitude, showing *zero remorse* or customer service etiquette and claimed he was not bothered about review and company reputation & ethics. His lack of accountability was shocking This kind of behavior is completely *unacceptable* and does not reflect the values that Sangeetha Mobiles is known for. I was not there because of him — I came because of your brand’s reputation, which he is damaging with his behavior. I strongly request the following: - Immediate review of *CCTV footage* from the store to verify this incident Date : 2nd /Dec/ 2025 Time : around 6: 15 pm - Disciplinary action or termination of the concerned staff. - A formal written apology for the treatment I received. I am sharing this in the hope that senior management sees the seriousness of this complaint and ensures such staff are not allowed to continue representing your brand. I expect a written response within *7 working days*. Failing which, I will be forced to escalate this matter publicly and legally if required And If he thinks this is just a Review then let me remind him I am not going to keep quiet. Until this is not resolved.
