Good customer service. But some products are not available in the store, they promise customer about lots of offer's which is not even useful and they increase the price while billing by the name of extra charges. Hope they will be more honest with the customer.

It is very clear that the insurance policy offered to me was misrepresented. At the time of purchase, your team, led by Ms. Sangeetha, forcefully insisted that I buy the insurance. Now, when I seek support, no one is responding properly, and now that have been informed that the policy has expired. This is clearly unethical and appears to be fraudulent. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and appropriate action against those responsible for misleading customers. I'll be proceeding on Consumer forum on this case

Sangeetha mobiles in good quality and best service

I visited the store and booked one mobile by giving 1000rs money and next day i changed my mind to not purchase the mob and want my money back or give other stuff but the staff refused. and did not return my money. Here good thing Sangeetha support team gave good response and I got accessories worth of 1000rs. good support by Aishwarya SR
