Until we made the purchase, the store staff were very eager to sell and promised no extra delivery charges for the 4th floor. But after buying, the delivery labour demanded ₹1,000, and repeated attempts to contact the store were ignored — no call back, no explanation. This kind of inhuman behaviour, lack of transparency, and hidden charges is extremely frustrating. Discounts feel meaningless when they are followed by such unfair practices. Reliance seriously needs to improve accountability and customer respect.It’s shocking that after such a huge purchase, customers are treated this way.

Customer service is so worse. They behave like they are doing favor for us by selling products which we paid for! They just deny on your face that they didn't say anything like that as if we are lying. I purchased a fridge. They just delivered and left. I think someone should have come, opened, give me instructions. I had unpack by myself. I don't know if other provider do the same? Just deliver and go! I talked to customer service and they said was "just unpack it and do a video while opening and plug in after 3hrs" Not sure this how it works!
