Very friendly staff ( Vamshi yesu) who helped me compare fridge models and understand features clearly. Great variety of brands and honest advice on energy efficiency and pricing. Smooth checkout and installation support options were explained well. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience!
I'm glad to say Mohammad and Rathna ma'am. They suggested me good premium Samsung galaxy A56 i stasified very good after unboxing it's a amazing mobile Samsung galaxy user interface and features main thing it's a 7years of major software updates 😀. Amazing performance.
Worst After-Sales Experience with Reliance Digital Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service from Reliance Digital. I purchased a Hitachi AC on 27th February, and the installation was done by Hitachi technician Mr. Rana on 2nd March. During installation, he charged me ₹11,300, which included ₹2,900 for a stabilizer and additional charges for 2 meters of copper pipe extension, wires, and other items. Later, when I spoke with the Reliance Digital salesperson Reeshan, he himself admitted that the Hitachi team had overcharged me and promised to help me get ₹2,000–₹2,500 refunded. Also, Reliance Digital had already taken installation charges during billing, saying that the amount would be refunded within one month. It has been much longer now, and I have still not received that refund. On top of that, the installation was done so poorly that the AC started leaking water, and the technician had to visit my home two more times to fix the problem. Later, Mr. Humayu from Hitachi (manager/senior) confirmed that I was indeed overcharged and promised a ₹500 refund. Even though the amount kept getting reduced from what was initially promised, I still agreed just to close the issue. But even that ₹500 has not been refunded yet. What is even more frustrating: I still have not received the service bill for the installation No bill for the stabilizer No bill or details for the extended warranty that I paid for Now Mr. Humayu has completely stopped responding, and Reeshan from Reliance Digital has refused to help further. This experience clearly shows how poor the coordination and accountability is between Reliance Digital and their installation partners. Once the product is sold, the customer is left to deal with endless follow-ups. Highly disappointed. I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from Reliance Digital if this is the level of after-sales support they provide. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum for overcharging and missing billing documents.
The tech dost of this facility are supportive and helpful. They helped me and guided me to buy the best MacBook M4. Thanks to Reliance digital HSR
