Customers report poor service and unhelpful staff.
The Jio representative at the store was racist. There was an elderly man present, and the representative was unnecessarily rude to him. When the uncle asked, “Gussa kyu ho rahe ho?” the representative started murmuring in Kannada, clearly displaying racist behavior. That old uncle only asked that his sim is not activated. This Jio guy was so impatient, he should learn to respect elders. What is especially disappointing is that he was a young man. I don’t remember his name, but he had pierced ears. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and he needs proper training on how to treat customers with respect. I hope his parents are treated in same manner.
Worst Jio store, they even don't support porting to jio. Asked me to pay extra 99 for porting to jio sim. I don't suggest this store to anyone. Bad experience
Every single time I have visited this Jio Store, I’ve received the same response: “The server is down. Please contact customer care.” This has turned into a frustrating and endless loop. The app and customer care repeatedly instruct me to visit the nearest Jio Store, while the Jio Store staff redirects me back to customer care (199), citing a server issue. What is hard to believe is that this has happened consistently over the past 30 days. I have visited on different days, at different times—morning, afternoon, evening—on both weekdays and weekends, assuming the server might be operational at some point. Yet, every single time, it is supposedly “down.” And guess what—I only wanted to convert my prepaid connection to postpaid. Nothing complicated, nothing exceptional, nothing remotely close to rocket science. Right? This raises a very valid question: How can the Jio Fiber service at my home remain up and running continuously, while the Jio Store server is always down? If store-level issues cannot be resolved due to perpetual “server downtime,” then directing customers to visit the store is misleading and wastes time. Either the store needs functional systems, or customer care should stop redirecting customers there. This experience reflects extremely poor coordination, accountability, and customer service.
Employees don't even bother to ask what is the issue, how can we help you with, whatever questions I'm asking the representative is telling check with customer care, then what is the purpose of keeping the store, better to shut the store, pls train your employees, or don't hire the jokers randomly 👎
