Extremely disappointed with the service from JioFiber. I completed the KYC process and made the full payment after being assured that the installation would be done the same evening. No technician came, no update was provided, and none of the calls were answered. Today again I received a message saying a technician would visit, but the contact number provided is switched off. This is completely unprofessional and frustrating after taking full payment in advance. Customers should not be left waiting without any communication after payment is collected. My installation is still pending and I need this resolved ASAP. Requesting immediate action from the JioFiber team.

What a pathetic way to harass customer, they asking me to update my number in aadhar to get duplicate SIM, Why the hell then i would require this Jio number.Customer care says visit store and here they says visit aadhar card centre. Dont waste time visiting this place.

Very disappointed with the service. As soon as they found out I’m not from the local state, their behavior changed — rude and unhelpful. They even denied support for my eSIM request. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable

Good Response from the Team.. Quick reply.. query is been sorted out immediately I had been to take the duplicate sim guided properly and took exact amount not taken single rupee extra
