Amazing store experience. This is my 4th purchase from the store. Mr. Aman Thapa assisted me from the store to purchase the iPhone 17pro.

I visited Imagine Apple Care for a display issue on my phone, and unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. As soon as I arrived, the staff member attending to me barely examined the phone and immediately concluded that the display was completely gone. I was then informed that servicing would only begin the following Wednesday — despite visiting on a Thursday. Expecting a customer to be without their phone for several days due to manpower shortages is unreasonable, especially from a reputed brand associated with Apple. What disappointed me more was the lack of professionalism and empathy during the interaction. I eventually had to request to speak with the manager, who was comparatively more sensible, patient, and took the time to properly explain the process. I understand operational challenges can happen, but customer experience and communication should not suffer because of internal staffing issues.

I was scammed at Imagine HSR. The value offered for my old device was too less. They have Cashify people at Imagine for exchanging old devices but they didn’t let cashify guy intervene for my purchase. Cashify guy also confirmed that I would have got much much better price if I had done replacement through cashify at imagine store. Please dont use imagine as it makes no sense as you can get iphones at any stores like croma, reliance digital and you will get much better value of your devices when exchanged through other store than inagine. Please avoid imagine store atleast for purchasing iphones
