Dell Exclusive Store - HSR Layout

Visited this store looking for a new laptop. The showroom is well organized with all Dell models on display. Staff was helpful in explaining the different specs and configurations. Bought an Inspiron here and they helped set it up too. Prices are standard Dell rates. Good place if you want to see and try the laptops before buying instead of ordering online.

The receptionist who answered my call was not able to help when I asked about the availability of the product. I clearly shared the image of the product along with the model number and part number, yet he still asked me to hand over the desktop to check availability. When all the required details were already provided, there was no need to submit the entire system. This kind of response is disappointing in today’s digitally and AI-driven world.

Good store for better laptop purchase. Good staffs as well. Recommended to come and take in stores rather to rush for the 2nd hand laptop big indian festival..

I visited the store today to make a purchase on a Inspiron. It was our second visit after last week when we came to see various models. The store executive Mr. Mohan was very supportive and explained the various features, pricing and offers very neatly. Impressed by the way how we were handled amidst many customers who were in the store despite the various queries all our concerns were answered and we made a purchase.
