Good experience selling an old phone. But technician/executive tried to down value the phone initially saying sim is not working. But I stepped out of the store and it worked. Later he claimed sim tray was changed earlier which we didn't. I showed him the video review fro. Youtube and he said its fine. Beware of such things and make sure you have enough confirmations and docs as proof.

I went to sell my phone.. I checked everything and it showed 35k+ but when I visited the store without even checking the website he said its worth 15k when he checked everything in website it showed 32k+ ... later again he was not interested in taking the phone... I think there moto is just selling simply advertised about buying used one They where busy saying about there targets to achieve this month
