Worst service experience ever. Cashify service is extremely poor. They make customers wait for a very long time with no proper response. While ordering, they promise a 15-day return option, but when you actually try to return the product, they ask you to visit the store. After going to the store, they again make you wait for hours without any resolution. In the end, they just try to force you to keep the same mobile instead of processing the return. Totally misleading policies and terrible customer service. Not recommended at all.
