I had been suffering from Adenomyosis, with very intense menstrual cramps and chronic pelvic pain for a long time. The pain had become unbearable and was affecting my daily life and work. During this period i can not have proper food due to vomiting. I had already tried several other alternative treatments, but nothing gave lasting relief. Eventually, I was even advised to go for surgery. I was searching for alternate option and came to know Vivekananda Health Global from google. After carefully understanding my condition, she suggested a simple integrative medicine treatment plan instead of surgery. Firs they focused on my pain and provided Acupuncture and that's gave me very good improvement in the pain management. Also she suggested some food change in my regular routine and suggested yoga. I was following all medications suggested by doctor I was honestly surprised by the results. Earlier my pain scale was around 10/10 during my cycles, but after the treatment it has reduced to around 2–4 (mild and manageable). The improvement has been life-changing for me. I am now able to continue my work and daily routine without the constant fear of severe pain. I underwent Panchakarma treatment for my migraines. The overall process was professional and well guided at every step. The staff was supportive and always available to address my concerns.
