Clinic is located on the main road with accessible parking. There are multiple doctors with different specialties and is hygienically maintained and I recommend this clinic

I visited this clinic twice for cough, cold and fever. Dr Neelam Vasudeva treated me very well, good thing about her is she did not prescribe antibiotics directly in the first visit if it is not needed which is a good thing given the side effects of antibiotics. The clinic is clean and the staff is courteous.

Dr Neelam Vasudev and the staff is very unprofessional and extremely rude and possible frauds. They are recommending medicines without any logic and when asked to clear doubts they are not ready to connect patients with the doctor. Our health is a very important matter and these people are taking fees and leaving patients on their own. Dr Neelam is not god that we have to listen to whatever she's saying and the male staff is so rude that he's not ready to connect me to the doctor. I think other reviews that they have posted are paid with the help of money siphoned from patients and ignoring them. Please avoid going to this clinic and consult a real doctor and clinic. When asked to consult Dr Neelam over the phone for 2 minutes he denied and said why did I come to his clinic if I am confused about the treatment and said go consult some other doctor. I believe this confidence comes from sheer arrogance or extreme corruption, can be both. Staff like this will put Dr Neelam out of business

The doctor seem nice but she prescribed medicines which are available only at the pharmacy associated with the clinic. I tried to check the medicines in apollo and another major pharmacy in HSR but none of the medicines were available at either of the pharmacies. The staff doesn't help with alternative medicines when I called them. Looks like a complete scam. Can't even trust the medicines which were prescribed.
