My mother was admitted here for neurological treatment, and her stay was both comfortable and reassuring. I would like to express my sincere thanks and heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Ananthika and Ms. Justeena, whose compassion and dedication truly stood out. Their attentive care, personalized therapy, and constant encouragement were invaluable throughout this journey. I wish them continued success and happiness in all that they do.
Fraud ,scam management We visited Santhigiri Ayurveda Hospital (NABH‑AyushEL, KPME & ROHINI certified) in HSR Layout, Bangalore, for Swarna Prashana for our 3‑year‑old twins. We were clearly informed by Dr. Krishna that this must be administered every month without interruption for one full year (and recommended from 0–16 years). Based on this assurance, we agreed and initiated the course. We paid ₹900 (₹200 per child = ₹400, plus ₹500 registration), yet no invoice or bill was provided after payment. When questioned, we were casually told that “there is no fixed date and you will be informed later”—an explanation that is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. What is far worse is that after the first dose on 28‑12‑2026, there was zero communication until 4th April. No messages, no reminders whatsoever. We had to chase your team repeatedly, only to be told that “the staff forgot to message.” This is not only negligent but shows a complete lack of accountability. If the hospital is genuinely NABH approved, then where is the GST invoice? Why are proper billing records being avoided? Why can’t a simple confirmation message be sent as proof of process and continuity? This entire experience reflects gross negligence, poor systems, and highly questionable practices, giving the impression that patients are being taken advantage of rather than cared for. This is not acceptable by any medical or ethical standard. We have forward this case to concern department ministry of health
I have been suffering from severe knee pain for the past few months. I tried many treatments to relieve the pain but to no avail. Dr. Krishna Mohan of Shantigiri Hospital treated my knee pain and through his treatment I was able to walk completely and resume my daily life as before.
