I had a great experience with Redcliffe Labs. Booking was easy and confirmation was instant. The phlebo was professional and followed all safety protocols. Reports came exactly when promised. Doctor had no issues reviewing the reports. Will definitely use their services again.

HORRIBLE - booked home collection, nobody came, they offered another slot, then later called and said they cannot do that slot either. This is a scam and now I cannot rebook since it was via corporate insurance. Absolutely horrible, do not book with this lab. Update after their response in their comment below - they called me after reading my review and posted their response AFTER I gave all the information, saying I have not responded to them! Now they are LIARS too.
