Patients report mixed experiences at the hospital.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The bills are extremely high compared to the quality of service provided. For the amount they charge, basic standards of hygiene and patient care should be maintained, but unfortunately that is not the case here. The washrooms are very unhygienic and poorly maintained, which is unacceptable in a medical facility where cleanliness is critical for patient safety. The beds and rooms also seem poorly maintained, and we even noticed issues like bed bugs, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and concerning. Another major problem is the lack of proper ward management. Male and female patients appear to be mixed in the same areas without proper separation, and there are no dedicated spare wards for female patients. This creates discomfort and raises serious concerns about privacy and hospital management. Overall, the hospital needs to seriously improve its hygiene, infrastructure, and patient management. Charging heavy bills without providing basic cleanliness and proper facilities is not acceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the conditions for future patients.
I went to show to a dermatologist. She treated my pimples very effectively, and I saw excellent improvement within 3 months. She listens patiently, explains the treatment clearly, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good skin doctor.
Very good response from doctor.she treated me for typhoid fever and I am very impressed with the entire staff of Prashanth hospital they have all the health insurance’s available.
Very disappointing experience at Prashant Private Hospital, Bangalore. I was admitted for just one day, but the hospital added several unclear charges such as “professional charges” and multiple doctor visiting fees that were never properly explained. Apart from the billing issue, the hygiene was very poor — dirty bathrooms, no hand sanitizer, no liquid soap, and even basic things like tissues were not available. I also noticed bed bugs on the beds. When I politely asked for clarification, the staff refused to address the concerns. Hospitals should maintain transparency, hygiene, and respect for patients. Sharing this experience so others can be aware.
