The rest of the staff is just as welcoming and friendly every time I visit for a consultation. Most importantly, the PRP results have been great. I can already see visible improvement. I recently underwent treatment for melasma, and I’m extremely happy with the results. After the Cosmelan peel, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin—my pigmentation has reduced a lot, and my complexion looks much clearer. A special thanks to Rakesh, who was very supportive and guided me throughout the treatment process. His assistance made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Dr. Anurag is truly excellent—he explains everything in detail, ensures you understand the procedure, and provides the right guidance at every step. His approach gives a lot of confidence to the patient. Overall, the treatment is very cost-effective considering the results. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with melasma or similar skin concerns.

I have been taking my treatment with dr Poovama. She is a great great doctor but in last few months the experience at Oliva has dropped significantly. Everytime I call for an appointment they would give me appointment 2 weeks later even if I have any sort of emergency. I had to get my reports checked with doctor. I shared those reports but no response from them. I had to call twice and that too after 10 days I got response back. I literally don’t want to continue with Oliva at all. They have good doctors but staff is not able to manage the clients well.

I visited Dr. Samatha in March 2026 for undereye hallow and anti-ageing treatments. Doctor suggested many treatments specifically PDRN, and unfortunately had a very disappointing and distressing experience. I paid 2.24 lac at one shot for all the treatment suggested . There was a clear lack of basic clinical protocol and professionalism. My makeup was not removed before applying the numbing cream, and the doctor did not mark my face prior to administering injections (fillers)—both of which are standard practices. This reflects serious negligence on the part of both the doctor and the staff. Following the procedure, I experienced severe pain, bruising, lumps, and swelling across my face. The discomfort was so intense that I couldn’t even touch my face for 4–5 days. This was not only physically painful but also emotionally distressing. Due to this experience, I decided to discontinue further treatment and requested a refund. Despite completing all required formalities, I received my refund after one and half month of continuous follow up calls. I was also charged for a session that resulted in skin discolouration and unnecessary trauma. I had to consult a different dermatologist to fix the damage and still recovering. The clinic continues to deny responsibility and engage in unprofessional arguments instead of addressing the issue appropriately. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against opting for treatments at this clinic beyond very basic consultations. There appears to be a lack of adherence to proper medical procedures, and accountability is seriously lacking when things go wrong. Overall, this experience has caused both physical harm and unnecessary stress.
