Overall, the medical treatment provided was good, and we are satisfied with the clinical care. However, there are several concerns regarding the overall patient experience, particularly related to time management and front-desk behavior. Appointments are frequently delayed, and patients are expected to wait for long periods without clear communication. Raising questions about delays is not well received, which can make patients feel uncomfortable for simply seeking clarification. During subsequent visits, the behavior of the reception staff felt unprofessional and discourteous. At times, it gave the impression that patients were being treated as an inconvenience rather than as individuals seeking care, despite the significant financial and emotional investment involved in the treatment. Additionally, there appears to be inconsistency in how patients are treated. Some patients receive warm send-offs, celebrations, or small gestures of appreciation, while others do not receive any form of acknowledgment at the conclusion of their treatment. This unequal treatment is disheartening. While the doctors are highly capable, it would be beneficial if there were better oversight and alignment between the medical team and the reception staff. A patient’s experience begins at the front desk and continues throughout their journey, and all patients deserve the same level of respect and professionalism.
