Thank you for making the package available at the door step... made it very convenient for my elderly parents. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Worst lab experience. They didn't knew the insurance company they are tied with, they took 15 to find the cashless booking in their so called system which is Gmail. They agreed with insurance for some test on mail but when I reached there they said we don't have any such package available. After making me wait for 30 min they took blood sample and said will sort out. Reports never provided to me yet even after 5 days. Call center number no operator picks up even after 5 min of waiting. One of the test was CBC for which many labs provide report same day. Untrustworthy and useless lab and staff.
