I’ve been receiving physiotherapy for frozen shoulder, and I’m extremely grateful for Dr. Tejaswini’s care. She tailors each treatment to my specific needs, ensuring that I receive the right attention on both good and challenging days. Her approach is empathetic and balanced, which has helped me make steady progress despite occasional setbacks. Recovery from frozen shoulder is not linear — some days show good progress, while other days can feel slow or even like a step backwards. What I deeply appreciate is how this is always viewed in a balanced and reassuring way. The treatment is thoughtfully customised based on how my body is responding that day, rather than following a rigid approach.Not everyone has the healing touch she does, and I truly appreciate her dedication to my well-being.

I had a wonderful experience at Narayana. The clinic is exceptionally clean and well-organized. I was seen right on time, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Very professional doctors, friendly staff, and minimal wait times. The facility is modern and clean. Working with Dr. Souravi chakraborty(Dietitian) has been life-changing! Unlike other diets I’ve tried, their approach is realistic and sustainable and i feel more energetic than ever. They taught me how to enjoy food without feeling deprived. Truly the best dietitian I’ve ever consulted.

Very frustrating and poorly managed experience with Narayana Clinic Harlur. We opted for a prepaid full body health checkup via a third-party provider. While most tests were completed, the breast ultrasound is still pending even after 3+ weeks. We have been given multiple appointment dates, but on each occasion, the service is not delivered. Only when we call to reconfirm do they inform us that the doctor is unavailable. There is absolutely no prior intimation from the clinic, which shows a complete lack of basic coordination and respect for patients’ time. The clinic also keeps redirecting us to Narayana Clinic HSR, saying the test needs to be done there, but nothing gets resolved. It honestly feels like because we booked through a third-party platform, our case is not being prioritized at all. Overall, very poor service quality. Lack of ownership, constant delays, and no communication. Definitely not recommended.

Good Clinic, the staff was greatly helpful and understanding. Explained to me all the details clearly. Even helped me to find a xray on a Sunday . I went here on a Sunday for consultation and doctor was very helpful to resolve the pain and recommend right procedures. Pharmacy staff also is very helpful, helped me in providing a discount on the medicine through their patient plan. I recommend the Clinic for consultation. Thank you!
