I visited the clinic today with my child based on the stated opening time of 10:00 AM on Google. I arrived at 10:30 AM, but the doctor was not available. When I asked the assistant, I was informed the doctor would arrive by 11:00 AM. However, even by 11:45 AM, the doctor had still not arrived. This kind of delay without prior information is very inconvenient, especially when visiting with a child. I request the clinic to update accurate timings on Google or inform patients properly about any delays to avoid unnecessary waiting.

Very pathetic experience- Please read, We had to visit Goodwill due to our regular paediatrician was not available. My son 3.6years old had fever for 4 days despite giving fever medicine. fever was on/off so we visited Syed. He prescribed for blood work which we appreciate as fever was there for 4days. Blood work result came with mild bacterial infection. He had prescribed antibiotics before the blood work itself. We had waited for results and decided to start the course. when we try to mix as per instruction given in the medicine it turned out to be light brown colour. We were not sure so did not use. When we checked clinic next day morning they did not respond properly and started ignoring our calls. We had asked for quick call with doctor the supporting staff did not do that. We could not visit back as we live very far. We tried to look for that medicine in many pharmacies and could not find the same brand with same composition. The worst part is that the instructions clearly mentioned in the medicine do not use if the powder turns pale yellow to brown colour. This simple query is not able to clarify by the supporting staff. Even after multiple calls and they started ignoring us and kid is suffering. I would not go back or recommend this place. I know many may not agree with me but this is hard truth. Never expected this kind service from paediatric clinic. Update: spoke doctor directly after getting number from friend. He has changed the medicine but this more scary no responsibility for old medicine. I wonder what would have happened if we have not read the instructions and gave that medicine to kid. Can't imagine😞...

My words simply cannot do justice to describe Dr Sayed sir s commitment and dedication in his work . The bigger attraction is his new initiative Lol with Dr Hifive -Art of parenting, which is such a great show for parents. Really great doctor.

Warning : Avoid this doctor! Unprofessional and commercial approach. Seek a second opinion. I'm extremely disappointed with the treatment my baby received from this doctor. Not only did they prescribe medicine not suitable for infants, but they also seemed more interested in pushing products than providing genuine care. Their commercial approach put my baby's health at risk. I strongly advise parents to seek a second opinion and choose a more responsible paediatrician. Prioritizing profit over patient care is unacceptable. Strongly warn others: avoid this commercialised unprofessional practice at all costs.
