Patients appreciate the care and professionalism of doctors, but some report issues with pricing transparency.
Dr. Sanjana is an excellent doctor who treats patients with great care and respect. She took time to understand my issue, explained the treatment clearly, and answered all my questions patiently. I felt confident and comfortable during the entire process. Thank you for the wonderful care.
Dr.Sanjana and everyone in the health nest team are simply great. She guided with patience, promptness and supported with insurance management as well. The hospital staff is also super coordinated and they make sure patients don’t have to wait for a long time unlike in other big hospitals. This is a super trusted one in HSR
I met Dr sanjana for pcos issue. The wait time is quite less- around 5 minutes. She is calm and very patient, explains the issue clearly and suggests appropriate medication depending on situation.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital due to misleading pricing and lack of transparency. Before visiting, we were clearly told that the total cost for stitches removal, plaster removal, and applying a new plaster would be ₹1500. Based on this information, we decided to come here for the procedure. However, after the procedure was completed, the final bill was ₹5000, which was completely unexpected. The hospital then broke it down as follows: • ₹1500 for stitches removal (service charge) • ₹1000 for plaster removal and reapplication (service charge) • ₹1800 for pharmacy • ₹750 for doctor consultation This was never explained beforehand. If the actual cost was going to be this high, it should have been clearly communicated before the procedure. Quoting ₹1500 and then charging more than 3 times the amount once the patient is already there feels extremely misleading. Another concerning point is that the doctor did not even perform the stitches removal. The entire procedure was done by the nurses. This kind of pricing practice creates a lack of trust. Patients choose hospitals based on the information provided to them, and changing the pricing after the procedure is not acceptable. I strongly urge the hospital management to be transparent about their charges upfront so patients can make informed decisions.
