After multiple visits to St John's where the doctors were unable to help or figure out the problem and the solution, I tried Dr Anita Krishnan and was pleasantly surprised with the way she treated the issue with patience and understanding. Having got the MRI done, and the doctor being uncertain about some comments, called the diagnostic center right away to get the clarity. This shows her commitment to the patients welfare and complete transparency. That apart, the doctor gave us some very useful tips and certain dos and don'ts which one could have easily overlooked. While I need to wait for 4 weeks for the completion of the suggested treatment, I am hopeful that the issue will get resolved based on the encouragement and the positive way that she approached the issue. She also displayed a rare humility when dealing with not just me but with the other patients and its a testimony that her clinic is always full.
