Devi Eye Hospital HSR

The experience was quite disappointing. Calling beforehand is of no use because they apparently do not take appointments over the phone, but they never clearly mention this during the call. Instead, they ask you to come in and act as if they’re noting down your name, giving the impression that some sort of appointment or arrangement has been made. The reception staff also do not give an accurate picture of how many patients are ahead of you. It feels like this is done to prevent people from leaving and choosing another clinic. Even during billing, they assure you that the consultation won’t take long, but that turned out to be far from the truth. What made it more frustrating is that they collect the payment before the consultation. Once you’ve completed the billing process, you’re practically stuck waiting, no matter how long the delay is. Overall, the process felt misleading and poorly managed.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Supriya at Devi Eye Hospital for the excellent care she provided to my daughter, Sabeeha Sabeen. She treated her with great patience and kindness. What truly impressed me was the way she explained things to my daughter, especially about avoiding excessive mobile usage and protecting her eyes. She made her understand so gently and convincingly, just like a mother would guide her own child. I highly appreciate her dedication and caring approach. I would strongly recommend Dr. Supriya to any parent looking for the best eye care for their child. Thank you once again for such wonderful service.

UPDATE: Dr. Jyoti was gr8, she said my dad's previous glaucoma diagnosis was false and asked usntonstopneye drops and come back in a month for a followup.( his previous 2 field tests in past 10 years were positive)My dad was happy to hear it- we hope that is really true and not a calibration error by the field test machine. ------------ We were here for my dad today . We first visited Dr Swetha Gupta, then asked to consult Dr Parinita Gupta for occuloplasty., she in turn referred us to Dr Jyoti for a Glaucoma consult. We are currently waiting for Dr Jyoti - It has been an excellent experience so far. Both doctors took time to listen to our issues, didnot rush us. ,were very calm and friendly. I liked how Dr Swetha interacted that i went in to get myself checked by her also. -Dr Parineeta especially has a great bedside manner and put my dad at ease that he opened up and spoke his concerns .Its very difficult to get him to share. And the price is very reasonable.
