I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent interaction with your customer service team. I found the representative's tone to be dismissive and unprofessional, which made resolving my issue quite difficult. I believe providing a respectful communication style is essential for maintaining a positive brand reputation and customer loyalty

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the extremely poor service I recently experienced. My scheduled home collection service on 19th july 2025 was cancelled without prior notice or any valid explanation( reason for cancellation tube wasn't available and is out of stock ). This is not only unprofessional but also highly inconvenient, especially when such services are often required for individuals who are unwell, elderly, or unable to travel. I find it unacceptable that a reputed diagnostic lab fails to respect customers’ time and needs. The lack of communication, reliability, and basic courtesy reflects very poorly on your organization. This level of service is pathetic and disappointing. If you cannot handle home service appointments, you should not offer them in the first place. I demand a proper explanation for the cancellation, and I expect immediate corrective action to ensure that such negligence does not happen again — either to me or to any other customer.

I got done few tests under APP174 DC PACKAGE 4. Their service was first class, they were pretty responsive and helpful throughout the process. The tests were conducted in a clean manner and my reports were sent back within half a day which was impressive. The packages are reasonably priced when compared to other places. Would recommend it to anyone in and around HSR Layout.

The staff / technician was very friendly and helpful. I got the results within 5 hours of sample collection. Very satisfied and would recommend folks in South-Bangalore to leverage this facility and their service
