Today is my last day with braces, and I am very happy with the overall treatment experience. The treatment process was excellent, and Dr.srinidhi (saniya) saff member handled everything very professionally throughout the journey. I truly appreciate the care and support provided, and I would highly recommend Dezy for braces treatment.

Had wonderful experience and the results are perfect and the directions given by Dr Srinidhi was helpful to complete the treatment with 100% results and the staff member (saniya) was helpful during the treatment whenever I visited the clinic.

Dr. Athiya is an excellent doctor—I highly recommend the HSR branch. She is very friendly and polite, takes the time to listen carefully, and truly understands your concerns. Her suggestions are thoughtful and effective.

Not sure about the service, but my experience with the appointment booking system has been terrible. I filled out the online form and received a call from their team. An appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM at the RR Nagar branch. However, when we arrived on time, the staff informed us that no appointment had been booked in their system. We were then asked to wait for 45 minutes because there were no available slots. This clearly shows a lack of coordination between the central booking team and the RR Nagar branch. It’s disappointing to experience such poor service from such a large and reputed chain. Finally the reception went inside and called the backend team to call me and say they never agreed to book an appointment. Such a hopeless people. They don’t value customers time. Not sure what kind of business they run. Must call out Santosh and Somashekar at the backend team for this. They are the culprit. They don’t have face to pick up my calls now.
