I had laser treatment for bleeding gums done by Dr. Sandhya, and I’m very happy with the results. Before the procedure, I had frequent gum bleeding, but after the treatment, it has completely stopped and my gums feel much healthier. Dr. Sandhya was professional, explained the procedure clearly, and made the whole experience comfortable. The treatment was smooth and effective. I would definitely recommend her to anyone facing gum issues.

I was extremely scared before my visit because my previous dentist told me that I would need a wisdom tooth extraction and a root canal for my molar, even though I had no pain or sensitivity in any of it. However, Dr. Abhishek carefully examined my teeth, reassured me, and explained that the tooth could be saved — and he successfully did so. I had a wonderful experience overall. The staff was also very helpful, polite, and supportive throughout the process. Highly recommended! Noori(Not sure if this is right spelling) was very very helpful. She help me understand everything related to my situation and gave me hope there might be possibility to avoid Root canal.

Honestly didn't expect to be writing a 5 star review after a scaling appointment but here we are 😅 I have had a really bad experience with scaling before at Clove BTM — ended up with sensitive teeth for almost 5 days straight. It was awful. So when I booked this appointment I was already a little anxious. I told Dr. Noori about it upfront and also mentioned I had a big event coming up so sensitivity was the last thing I needed right now. She was so calm about it, didn't dismiss my concerns at all, and just handled the whole thing so gently. Scaling + flossing done and honestly? Zero sensitivity. None. I kept waiting for it to kick in and it just... didn't. Such a relief. She also took time after the procedure to show me the right way to brush, which no dentist has ever really done properly for me before. Small thing but I appreciated it a lot. The staff were friendly too, no long waiting, good overall vibe at the clinic. Dr. Noori is clearly very skilled but also just genuinely kind which makes such a difference when you're already nervous about a dental procedure. Will definitely be coming back!

if there was an option of 0 star i would give them that. so so so so rude. the tone in which that lady has spoken to me was so bad. i deal with 2 times more emotionally taxing patients and this is now how they’ve taught me how to speak to patients. there is a way in which you speak to patients. you don’t treat your patients the way you want. first learn how to speak to your patients then run your big bad hospital okay? and i walking in for a wisdom tooth check up and was hoping that they’d prescribe me some good medicines as i don’t want to extract it at the moment or anytime soon though the tooth was fully erupted outside. but the lady was so focused on other aspects of me teeth that this is a root canal and this is less filled and all. a full mouth xray was not needed (which i didn’t even choose to do) because she and i knew exactly what the issue was. for a dental xray you don’t need to ask me to remove my accessories as well. LEARN TO USE PROPER TONE. SPEAK POLITELY TO YOUR PATIENTS NOR ELSE DONT CHOOSE THIS STREAM WHERE YOU NEED TO DEAL WITH COMMUNICATION WITH PATIENTS.
