One of the worst possible experience with this neighborhood law firm. We reached out to Mr. Bhat for basic legal checks for property and that was a very bad decision. After discussing everything with him and the timeline and commitment of completing everything within 5 days, he led us on for days without any clarity. After almost more than 2.5 weeks when we called him again to check, he misbehaved and showed misdirected anger. Mr. Bhat please learn some basic manners how to speak with a retired Govt servant and be humble if your team has been incompetent at work which was promised. I hope your service flourish well but learn how to treat your client right. After 2.5 weeks the team asked for the documents which we have already given or should have been asked for the first. After wasting 3 weeks with him, we went with other law firm. Will definitely not recommend them. Update: Really Mr. Bhat? This is your response. People are not idiots here. Rather than posting on everyone’s profile this is a fake review, learn to say sorry and accept your mistake. I have seriously not seen someone react like this. If I want I can easily attach proofs to our chats. Please respect your clients and stop lying. Also learn to write spelling of reviewer. Satyameva Jayate.

I engaged this lawyer for property paper verification and paid approx 80% of the fees in advance. Initially, he responded and requested additional documents, which were provided promptly. Since then, there has been no further communication. No verification report has been shared, and calls and messages have gone unanswered for the past two weeks. Based on my experience, the matter did not appear to be handled with the seriousness expected, and this service may not be suitable for those who require timely communication and regular updates.

Highly unprofessional experience. The advocate failed to perform fundamental professional duties, missed crucial stages of the case, and did not keep me informed about important developments or hearing details—something that is basic and expected from any advocate. Instead of demonstrating legal diligence, the focus was largely on repeatedly demanding advance fees, accompanied by empty assurances and show-off behaviour. This caused significant stress and a complete loss of trust. Clients should be cautious and not be misled by the initial impression he creates. Once engaged, there is very little accountability, and the client is left to suffer through the proceedings. He does not proactively update case status and, when questioned, shifts responsibility to the client by stating that follow-ups are the client’s duty. The entire team appears unprofessional. The advocate himself rarely appears in court and instead sends juniors who are often unaware of the case details, merely seeking adjournments while charging hearing fees. There also seems to be a misplaced belief that personal “face value” in court influences judicial outcomes, which is neither professional nor appropriate. Overall, there is a lack of empathy for how important a case is to the client. Rather than offering guidance or responsibility, blame is placed on the client for having filed the case in the first place. Based on my experience, I strongly feel he is not qualified for the role he claims to perform and would not recommend his services to anyone seeking serious and responsible legal representation. This is coming directly from experience.

I don't recommend this firm This firm has to be more professional, treat and respect it's clients and their time. Should not take the clients for granted. I lost a deal just because of mere negligence from this firm. My legal report was ready 15 days ago but never shared with me until I went to their office, waited for hours. A phone call for 1 minute could help clients when they are in need. Unfortunately, call responce is too poor 'A lawyer in need is a lawyer indeed' All the best
