Absolutely pathetic experience. Do not rely on them if you need an urgent print, even if it says 4 hours delivery. Simply bullshit. So many follow ups, and people on customer service side can only say "Let me check, production is done! We'll assign a consignment" even if you call them 4 times. Never again. No one seems to give a shit. No updates unless you call them, no responses at all after a certain time.

I placed the order through online and was supposed to get delivered by 6.30pm. I waited till 7 and when called the customer care, nobody is responding. Online says they work till 8pm but the service is rediculous

They keep lying about delivery time. Don't respond after 7pm. Absolutely unprofessional, never go with printo if you need something urgent. Their express delivery is a big scam.

Poor service. Pathetic. Even after paying 100 rupees for 4 hour delivery, they are asking for additional 170 rupees delivery. So total 270. Besides, the packege was supposed to come yesterday. Still waiting. This is loot and blackmailing
