I contacted this realtor purely based on their Google reviews and marketing, even though I’m aware that such reviews are not always verified and can be misleading. I had a simple requirement — I own a piece of land in ITI layout and wanted a realistic price range to make an informed decision. I was told they could survey the land and share a report on WhatsApp, and when I explicitly asked, I was assured that this service was free. However, after sharing the location, my experience went downhill. I spoke with Abhishek who apparently is the founder, and the professionalism was extremely disappointing. He was unresponsive on WhatsApp and even disconnected my call. A simple “no” or clear communication would have been far more acceptable. First impressions matter, and if this is how the interaction begins, it doesn’t inspire confidence in how things would proceed further. Overall, a very poor experience. This also reinforces that one should not rely solely on Google reviews or marketing when choosing services.

An excellent project in an upcoming prime posh location by the Prestige company. I am very glad to meet Mr Rajesh ji before booking an unit in the said project. A well mannered and thorough professional gentleman. His presentation about the project was awesome.
