Warning! I booked and paid for a hotel in Chennai and when I reached the hotel the reception informed that they do not have any online booking service or they received any instructions form Bag2bag. I had a hard time as I was with my family with a child. I got a 80% refund eventually after a lot of argument. Please stay away from this Bag2Bag online broker booking company.

Truly a user friendly app to find hotels in bangalore. Customer support is awesome. I booked bloom hotels through bag2bag app for my relatives and after reaching hotel they liked the ambience and service provided by the hotel reception and staff. Very next day they have upgraded the room also. Thanks to bag2bag for providing a better customer experience and a stay.

A confirmed booking should be honored, and this lack of coordination reflects poor service and reliability. I would not recommend this service based on my experience and hope they improve their booking management and customer support in the future.
