Hush Puppies Store

I had a great shopping experience at the Hush Puppies store in HSR Layout. The store has a good collection of stylish and comfortable footwear for both formal and casual wear. The staff were friendly, polite, and helped me choose the right pair according to my comfort and size. The quality of the shoes is excellent, and the store is well maintained and organized. worst experience ever. we selected one pair of shoes at this store but unfortunately size wasn’t available so retail guy named Shek Mesul suggested us that they can order online the size we want behalf of us. So we paid full amount at store and after three days waiting we got defeated pair of shoes which normally used for display. dirty shoe sole, both shoes were in different shade one in gray another one in blue, different stitches on both shoes. we went back to store to return this garbage but they said now we have to talk to customer care for refund. why??? They ordered for us now it’s there’s job to solve the issue. very bad customer service. I will never go back there again 👎
