Never buy from Cult Store online. My order (ID: 493353) has been marked as delivered, but I have not received the product. The customer support service is extremely disappointing and unresponsive. I shared multiple emails along with screenshots from the Cult Store app as proof, but the issue has been completely ignored. Their repeated response was that the order was delivered and that I was contacted—however, no delivery call was ever made. I even verified this through my CCTV footage. To seek help, I visited the HSR Layout store in person, but they refused to assist, stating that online and offline operations are separate. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. This experience clearly feels like I have been cheated. I strongly advise others not to purchase from the Cult Store app, as if you face a similar issue, you may not receive any proper support or resolution. I have been a Cultfit member for the past 7 years, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Avoid ordering from Cult Store online.
