Bata Shoe Store

The customer service is so bad. They do not give a carry bag to take the shoes back home. The workers don’t know anything bout the products. The collections are subpar & there is no variety at all. The worker who attended doesn’t speak Kannada nor does this one speak Hindi or English. I was so clueless & had to communicate through sign language. The place did not have proper ventilation. No discounts nor were they reasonably priced. I will never go to this store again. Especially the owner or the manger he had so much attitude it was unbelievable. They have zero value towards customers.

bought sandals for 1099 and it broke within 4 months and when came for return and replacement, choose one which was of higher value with 30% discount they won't give 30% discount and acting arrogantly especially the guy at counter. never visit

Purchased this Bata leather laptop bag in Jan 2026 from the HSR BDA complex showroom, now the condition is deteriorating in just two months This kind of quality is not expected from bata - in just two months it tears automatically, a few times of use and not even regular usages "Post this, Team has considered this and exchanged the old laptop bag to new bag - Good work team Bata, for your effort and consideration"

Visited the Bata store in HSR Layout to buy school shoes for my daughter and was really impressed. They have a nice collection with plenty of options for kids. The staff was helpful, and we found exactly what we needed. Great experience overall!
