This store really sets the benchmark for how a performance footwear brand should engage with customers. The store itself is clean, spacious, and very well organised. Shoes are neatly displayed, and it’s easy to explore different categories without feeling overwhelmed. What really stood out, though, was the quality of interaction with the staff. They were polite, knowledgeable, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of pushing random products. I explained my usage and expectations, and they guided me thoughtfully toward the Sonicblast. The trial and fitting experience was top-notch. The staff encouraged me to take my time, walk around, and really feel the shoe before deciding. They explained why Sonicblast would suit my needs — lightweight feel, good responsiveness, and comfort for longer usage — without overcomplicating things. That confidence and clarity made the decision easy. After using the Sonicblast, I can confidently say it was the right choice. The cushioning feels balanced, the grip is solid, and the shoe feels fast yet comfortable. We had an excellent in-store experience at this outlet. Viren took the time to explain the different running shoe options from ASICS in detail, which helped us make an informed choice with the Gel-Kayano 32. Although the shoe corrected pronation a bit too aggressively and led to slight knee discomfort, the exchange process was handled seamlessly. When we returned, Viren was extremely courteous and guided us through a smooth exchange for the GT 1000. Overall, the service, professionalism, and customer care at the store were outstanding. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality footwear and expert guidance.

I visited their store last Friday evening. I was attended patiently and all my questions were answered in a nicer way. I was there to purchase a pair of running shoes. They did the stride analysis and recommended the right pair of shoes for my running style. Overall a nice buying experience.
