Writing I am writing this review after waiting a long time because I wanted to be completely sure about what actually caused my problems before speaking publicly. For many years I used Adidas Ultraboost without major issues. Later, when I searched for an alternative shoe, an inexperienced salesman at the HSR Layout Adidas showroom suggested the wrong shoe for my usage and foot condition. After using that shoe, I developed heel pain and plantar fasciitis for the first time in my life. At that stage, the issue was mainly heel pain and plantar fasciitis. To solve it, I contacted Shapecrunch. Honestly, this became the worst mistake in my recovery journey. They performed evaluations, showed tests, and spoke very confidently, which made me trust them completely. I spent more than ₹13,000 + ₹500 hoping their customized solution would solve my problem. Instead, after using the Shapecrunch shoe/support system, my condition became dramatically worse. This was when my real suffering started. I began developing severe hip pain, imbalance, walking discomfort, weakness, and multiple related issues that I had NEVER experienced before in my life. Before this, I was a healthy and active person without hip, knee, or major body pain issues. Slowly my life became chaotic and miserable. Even after multiple consultations and complaints, I did not receive meaningful support or a proper solution from them. Eventually, after painful hospital visits, research, and doctor consultations, it became clear that the Shapecrunch footwear/support approach was heavily contributing to my worsening condition. At one point I genuinely felt there was no comeback from this situation. Finally, a doctor suggested I try either HOKA or ASICS and strictly follow medical exercises instead of depending on commercial “correction” systems. I chose ASICS. The experience was completely different. They carefully listened to my issues and suggested footwear properly. Along with the exercises recommended by my doctor, the ASICS shoes slowly changed everything. Today, miraculously, my hip pain is gone. My plantar fasciitis pain is also gone completely. I can now walk, jog, and run comfortably again without the fear and suffering I experienced before. After everything I went through, this recovery honestly feels unbelievable to me. I am writing this as a warning to others: Please think many times before blindly trusting companies like Shapecrunch. Fancy evaluations and marketing do not guarantee proper medical understanding. A wrong shoe or wrong support system can genuinely make life miserable. Please follow qualified medical professionals first. And one more important thing: If a shoe has worked well for you for years, be extremely careful while switching to alternatives. Go with somebody knowledgeable about footwear biomechanics if possible. A single wrong shoe decision can change your life. Very disappointing experience at this Adidas showroom. The staff were rude, unresponsive, and showed little to no interest in attending to customers. Their attitude was unprofessional and made the visit uncomfortable. Definitely not the level of service expected from a brand like Adidas.

Don’t fell like you are in Adidas showroom . Staff will you show you the product with lack of interest. Really disappointed with the staff, services and collection of products. I generally go to Adidas phoenix marketplace which is having good service and lot of products and staff is really nice.

Staff is not at all attentive. And stock is almost always sold out. Check out the Sarjapur road branch, it is much better
