Issue: rat bit away a coolant overflow hose because of which the coolant had completely leaked out. “Authorised Service Centre” replaced the part (not the problem). BUT FILLED IN PLAIN WATER INSTEAD OF COOLANT. Thankfully, I usually check fluid levels before a long drive and noticed the fluid in the reservoir was not blue and vibrant like it used to be. I double checked by opening the radiator cap and true, it was just plain water. I understand water does the job but this is supposed to be an Authorised service centre. And my car is a CBU unit with barely any parts readily available in case anything was to go wrong. Even if available, they’re exorbitantly expensive. This service centre is negligent of the work they do and do not value your hard earned money. They do not deserve to be an ASC. Prior to this, asc suggested for engine regeneration at 60k kms (which is not even that necessary for a petrol car). This process requires the engine to be run at around 2k rpm and you lose petrol in the process. When i got the car back, the MID read the exact same numbers from when I left it, fuel level needle didn’t move at all. Range and mileage stayed the same. (Had taken a picture from before and after). But there was no way for me to prove it that they didn’t perform the regeneration at all and yet charged me for it. I let it go..

Gave my Creta to Trident Hyundai for a service . One important point to mention here is if you have a minor issue in your hyundai car, Jakkasandra Trident does not make you sit in an air-conditioned room waiting for twenty minutes for a service representative to come. Today i sent my car for 1st servicing to trident hyundai i booked pick up and drop service , Mr Daniel and Mr Nagendra did really good service they explained well about all the procedure, Mr Daniel was the one who came to pick up and drop the car. He really did good work i actually forgot my wallet in car he personally took care of it and returned it to me. Though i dint brought the car from them they did really good service
