Today I went to the Shell petrol bunk in Koramangala. Earlier something similar had happened to me in HSR Layout. Today one Assam boy named Nuang (someone told me his name later) was there. I filled petrol for ₹300 and gave him ₹500. He returned ₹200 and added points to my Shell app. After that he said the bill was ₹290. I was standing there waiting, but he did not return the remaining ₹10. I asked him, “What happened brother? Won’t you return my money?” Then he said, “I already returned ₹200.” I said, “How much was the total?” He said ₹290. I told him, “I gave you ₹500.” After that he went and returned ₹10. My point is, please brief your staff properly. Why do they behave like this? In front of me, one lady also filled petrol for ₹300, but they did not tell her anything about the app or points. I even asked, “Brother, why don’t you explain about the app?

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Shell petrol pump at Jakkandra, Bangalore, thanks to Rajjak! 😊 He's a standout team member - well-spoken, communicates like a pro, and clearly knows his stuff. He not only fueled my vehicle but also recommended some great products, and I ended up buying a bunch of stuff lol. Excellent customer service... Prompt, friendly, honest workers who deal with the customer efficiently and with smile! How pleasant...! Nice, well-lit, well organized petrol bunk. The little shop they have is really cute too. Well stocked and inviting... Good job guys....
