Service & Issue Timeline: 10-06-2025 – Banashankari BigWing (11,073 km): I first reported issues related to the front fork assembly and rear suspension. However, the problem was not resolved during this service. 08-07-2025 – Banashankari BigWing: I again reported the issue. A minor cut noise was observed, but the handlebar was extremely tight, making it very difficult and unsafe to turn the vehicle. Please note that there was no external impact or fall. As per standard procedure, your service team takes photographs of the bike before service, which will clearly confirm this. The Banashankari service team informed me that they did not have sufficient facilities to resolve the issue and advised me to visit Lalbagh BigWing. Lalbagh BigWing: I visited Lalbagh BigWing and clearly highlighted the issue. My bike was kept for one week for detailed inspection. Unfortunately: The issue was still not resolved The handlebar became loose The cut noise increased after the service Complaint Raised via Email: I raised a formal email complaint regarding the rear suspension and front fork assembly. Till date, I have received only verbal communication, with no written or technical resolution. Anand Honda Visit: I also visited Anand Honda showroom seeking a solution, but the issue remains unresolved. Additional Safety Issue – Self-Start Failure: During my last service, I clearly informed the service advisor that the self-start system switches off while riding, which is a serious safety concern. This issue was also not addressed. Serious Concerns: There has been no accident, fall, or misuse of the vehicle. A detailed technical investigation is required to explain: Why the suspension components have scratches How the front fork assembly got damaged If such damage can occur from a minor or no fall, it raises serious concerns about the quality and durability of the product. For the past six months, the Honda team has failed to identify the root cause or provide a permanent solution. I have suffered considerable inconvenience and mental stress. At present, there is no comfort or safety while riding this motorcycle. I am not denying repairs, but I clearly state that: I will not claim insurance I will not make any payment for these repairs, as the issue is not caused by negligence or external damage. In further no need any repair and service. Request for Resolution: Considering the repeated failures and unresolved safety concerns, I formally request one of the following: Replacement of the vehicle, OR Full refund of the vehicle amount I request a written response with a clear action plan at the earliest. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter to higher management and consumer protection authorities. I hope Honda will take this matter seriously and uphold its commitment to customer safety and quality.
I recently purchased the Honda H’ness CB350 from Honda BigWing, Silk Board, and I want to appreciate the entire experience, especially the support from Mr. Prabhakar. To be very honest, I didn’t originally plan to buy a Honda. I had gone there just to explore, and I was also looking at other brands. But once I did the test ride, I immediately noticed the smoothness of the engine, the refinement, and the overall comfort. It really stood out for me. He patiently explained all the features and differences between the variants, answered all my doubts clearly, and never showed any hurry or pressure to close the booking. He also arranged test rides for different models, so I could properly compare and choose what suits me best. I requested one more test ride on another day because I wanted to check pillion comfort as well, and he arranged it without any hesitation. That really helped us decide confidently. The booking and delivery process was also very smooth. The bike was delivered on the promised date, and everything — including paperwork, accessories, and delivery formalities — was handled neatly. The entire team was courteous and professional. Overall, I am very happy with both the motorcycle and the showroom experience. I came here for my CB200X service, and it was worth it. Mr. Ranjith is a kind person who explained everything very well. He guided me and clearly showed what the exact problem with the bike was, and they fixed it too. I will come here again for my next service and will consult Mr. Ranjith as well.
