@owners. Please bring back the quality. We have been your regular customer since the time you started (the small corner shop). Today we had our regular order 2 elaichi tea (Great). Food has become a disaster Lemon cake (Stale), Korean Bun (Stopped tasting like a korean Bun now) and cocktail samosas (which used to be awesome, today they were jaw breaking/overcooke). Request to bring back the quality.

We visited this place for tea. And to my surprise this place named as chaitini serves the worst chai.. Initially, we ordered ginger tea and elaichi tea which was off balance and over powered with ginger and elaichi flavours. Then we ordered normal tea thinking that would be better. Even that was overboiled and taste was completely bitter. There were only youngsters at this outlet who were having ...Guess they dont know what a good tea tastes like. Overhyped, Off Balance , Overboiled Having tea from this place regularly for a long time will give acidity and blood pressure issues to any person.

Tea was okay, but when it comes to snacks it’s completely waste, we have ordered 4 items , none of them were worth the money , oil was coming out from but muska, ambience is good but there is no use with that …
