Chai Point - Sector 17, HSR Layout

I’m a regular here and usually spend a full day working/reading from this outlet every week. Today I noticed that the washroom had no hand soap. When I asked the staff, including the person in charge, they said there was “some issue” and no soap was available at all. Even basic alternatives like dish soap weren’t available. This is concerning from a hygiene standpoint. If customers don’t have access to soap, it raises questions about how staff are maintaining hand hygiene as well (esp after using the washroom). I hope this is addressed immediately, as it’s a basic expectation from any café.

Cozy spot to grab tea and a quick bite to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ambience is lovely, with comfortable seats - both indoor and outdoor. The tea was good, and so was the samosa.

The cafe is really good. However, they could use some cheaper snacks. Which they have discontinued. Also, the AC seems to be broken, which makes it difficult to sit during daytime.
