Chaayos Cafe at HSR Layout

I'm not really impressed with Chaayos. First, they couldn't handle our big group, and then our tea came 45 minutes late and wasn't even that good. I think it was a bad idea to pick Chaayos for our get-together. The nearby tapri chai is way better. The serving team is okay, but the people at the billing counter really need some soft skills training.

Chayoos, I’m sure you don’t have many Malayalis as customers. Because if they tasted your “Sulaimani” the way I just did, they’d ban you—just like I am. It’s nowhere close to the name you’re selling. I’m not even a tea person; I just tagged along with my husband and dared to try it. Please fix it, or stop calling it Sulaimani.

I bought bun Dabeli today at Chaayos Hsr layout 27th main road. They gave it burnt , when I requested to replace it the guy told that’s how it comes as they put butter on it. Very bad behaviour by staff! Disappointing after paying unburnt cash :(

This Chaayos has a simple and good ambiance with staff also helpful. The taste and quantity was decent, the quality was also good but the chole was a bit off, the price is quite odd from the beginning so can't complain. You can go anytime is the day with your friends, family, colleagues.
