Shift Lounge - HSR Layout

I have mixed feelings about my visit to Shift Lounge. There are some definite highlights, but the drink quality and service left a lot to be desired. The Highlights: Food & Vibes If you are coming here strictly for the food, you won't be disappointed. Must-Try: The Fish Fingers are top-notch and easily the best thing on the menu. Ambience: The overall vibe and decor are great, making it a visually pleasant spot to hang out. The Lowlights: Drinks & Service This is where the experience falls short. The Bar: If you’re looking for quality drinks, this isn't the place. The alcohol felt very low quality; both the beer and the whiskey seemed diluted. Considering the high prices, the drink quality is a major letdown. Service: The service is quite slow and feels a bit old-fashioned. You have to manually check the menu and flag down a waiter to get anything done. Comfort: I wasn't a fan of the seating arrangements, and the air conditioning/ventilation could definitely use an upgrade. Entertainment: The DJ was a miss for me. The track selection didn't really fit the mood or get the crowd grooving. Summary: Go for the Fish Fingers and the atmosphere, but stick to bottled water or soda if you don't want to overpay for subpar drinks.

Nice vibe and decent food, but overpriced compared to menu prices listed on Google. Visited this resto-bar recently — the ambiance is great and the overall vibe makes it a fun place to hang out. The food was decent, nothing exceptional but enjoyable. Non smokers may feel uncomfortable due to the smoke around you. However, the prices on the current menu were noticeably higher than what’s shown on Google Maps. The menu appears to have been updated, but the online listing hasn’t been, which can be misleading. Given the experience and quality, I feel the pricing is on the higher side. Good for drinks and a lively atmosphere, but be ready for a pricier tab than expected based on the online menu.

Great food. Ambience feels a little congested. Extremely quick service of food. Valet Parking is available. I recommend: Sambal Chicken Spinach Corn Mushroom & Cheese Pizza Crispy Corn Veg Penne Pasta Not recommended: Malai Tikka
