We had ordered food for a family get-together and placed the order through the number you provided by contact in above link Unfortunately, the food quality was extremely poor and very disappointing. I kindly request you to take this matter seriously and instruct your chef, as such quality is not acceptable, especially for family events. I’ve shared my honest feedback on your hotel’s review page. Ask your staff to play some songs not play what they want to see in TV It’s really irritating to see not responding to customer queries, they are so comfortable in doing what they want Owner has ti realise what’s happening here and change the people how they operate. You are in big mess now.
