I’ve been visiting Plan B since pre-COVID days and even during COVID — and back then it was genuinely great. The service was superb, the food quality was consistent, and it was one of my go-to places. However, this recent visit was extremely disappointing. Everything seems to have gone downhill. The service was slow and inattentive, and the food quality has clearly dropped. We specifically went there for the wings, only to be told that 5 varieties were not available — on a weekend! That’s completely unacceptable for a place known for its wings. To make matters worse, the saucy wings were served in a cane basket lined with paper at the bottom. The paper absorbed all the sauce, making it messy and unpleasant to look at. Honestly, when the sauce is soaked into paper, it’s not appetizing at all — and no one wants their food sticking to or tasting like paper. Very disheartening to see such a drastic decline. It no longer lives up to the standard it once had. I really hope they fix their service, presentation, and menu availability because this experience was nowhere close to what it used to be.

He paid attention to even the smallest details and ensured that everything was perfect for us. His positive attitude and dedication truly stood out.
